COURIER DELIVERY

• Online store orders above R599 qualifies for free shipment (excluding heavier weight orders - additional costs may apply). 

• My Oils.co.za is an online shop and we only provide delivery to your shipping address. 

• Our shipments are for South Africa only.

• It is very important to provide your correct address during the checkout process.

• Shipping charges may be subject to change.

 Unfortunately we do not allow any collections at our premises. 

 

 What is the costs of my parcel?

If you are in a main centre, you could expect to pay in the region of R150 to R245 per shipment (depending on heavier weight orders). If you are situated in a more remote rural area, extra costs could be possible. Please note that deliveries are done by The Courier Guy. Please find their own delivery rules here: https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/terms-conditions/. MyOils.co.za is not responsible if any transport delays that occur during delivery by the transport company.

How do we send orders?

We only deliver in South Africa and use The Courier Guy South Africa to get your order delivered quickly to your door. Every parcel that leaves our office has a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of that parcel effortlessly. When a parcel is booked out with our couriers, our system automatically updates your order with your tracking number and notifies you either by email or sms.

Once your parcel is with our couriers, you will also get regular updates about your delivery so that you can prepare for its arrival, and your order tracking email will have a link which you can use to query your delivery at any given time.

How long do I wait for my package to arrive?

Shipping times do vary slightly depending on your delivery address.

We typically deliver within 3-5 working days anywhere in South Africa, but occasionally parcels may have slightly longer delivery times because your location is in an outlying area. If you haven't received your order after 4 days, please get in touch with us.

When is our delivery times?

Our couriers only deliver during weekdays between 8am and 5pm. We don't deliver on Weekends, or Public Holidays. It's best for you to give us the address where you'll normally be located between 8am and 5pm during the week.

Late deliveries are possible by unforeseen circumstances, please contact us so that we can follow up on your parcel delivery.

Our customer support hours are:

Monday to Friday 09h00 to 17h00, excluding weekends & public holidays.

However, please don't hesitate to send us an email message outside of our business hours if you need urgent assistance, we'll reply as quickly as possible.
